Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team at Highway Health. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. You will work closely with our team, providing administrative support and contributing to our mission of shaping a healthier, more connected world.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general administrative tasks, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
• Maintain office supplies and ensure the office is well-organized and tidy.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents.
• Manage travel arrangements and itineraries for team members.
• Help with onboarding of new employees and assist in HR-related tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors.
• Assist in event planning and coordination.
• Perform other administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
